U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan today announced the appointment of Glenn Cummings as Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Vocational & Adult Education, where he will help administer, and coordinate programs that are related to adult education and literacy, career and technical education, and community colleges.
