U.S. Under Secretary of Education to Discuss College Value and Affordability, and Its Relevance to Our Nation's Global Competitiveness at George Washington University Event

U.S. Under Secretary of Education Martha Kanter will discuss rising college costs and the President's plan to keep college affordable and provide good value for students and families during George Washington University International Affairs Society's "A Conversation with Under Secretary of Education Martha Kanter." During the "conversation," which takes place on Tuesday, Nov. 12, in Washington, D.C., Kanter also will highlight resources that provide consumers with easy-to-understand information about college costs, affordability and value, including the College Scorecard, the Financial Aid Shopping Sheet and the proposed College Ratings System.
