Education Secretary to Participate in Discussion About Common Attributes of High-Performing School Systems Worldwide

U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will engage in a conversation with several leaders in education during the presentation of the McKinsey Global Education Study on School System Transformation on Tuesday, Dec. 7, at noon. The conversation will focus on the implications in the report for American schools and ideas for attaining greater success in classrooms across the nation.
