U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will address the 96th Annual Hampton University Ministers' Conference Wednesday in Hampton, Va. Secretary Duncan will focus on President Obama's agenda for school reform and the important role that ministers and other community leaders play in promoting educational excellence.
