On Tuesday, U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona will join Pennsylvania Representative Susan Wild to highlight key education provisions within the President's Build Back Better agenda. During his visit to Pennsylvania, Secretary Cardona and Rep. Wild will participate in a tour of Donegan Elementary School followed by a roundtable discussion with students from Northampton Community College. They will discuss provisions within President Biden's Build Back Better agenda that provide students with pathways to affordable higher education, including providing two years of free community college for all students and approximately $1,400 in additional assistance to low-income students by expanding the maximum Pell Grant.

Due to space, the tour of the elementary school will be pooled press.
