On Thursday, U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona will travel to Tucson, Arizona with U.S. Rep. Raúl Grijalva to highlight key education provisions within President Biden's Build Back Better agenda. First, they will visit Hollinger K-8 School to observe some of the extracurricular activities and have a conversation with teachers. Afterwards, Secretary Cardona and Rep. Grijalva will tour the health program at Pima Community College - West Campus followed by a roundtable conversation with students about the Build Back Better agenda, which provides students with pathways to affordable higher education, including two years of free community college.

A press gaggle will follow the roundtable. In accordance with local guidelines, each event will require attendees and reporters to have a mask on while indoors.
