Education Assistant Secretary to Give Keynote Address at 2010 International Conference of the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning CAEL

Brenda Dann-Messier, the Assistant Secretary for Vocational and Adult Education, will be in San Diego on Wednesday, Nov. 10, for a keynote address at CAEL’s 2010 international conference, entitled “Create the Wave: Workforce, Education and Change.” Her remarks will discuss Administration initiatives to increase education and training opportunities for adult learners as well as ways to maximize resources through collaborative relationships.

CAEL is a national non-profit organization that creates and manages effective learning strategies for working adults through partnerships with employers, higher education, the public sector, and labor.
