Provides funding to eligible IHEs to increase the number of highly qualified Americans available for hire within the high-tech labor pool.

Pilot Program for Cybersecurity Education Technological Upgrades

Supports technology upgrades for community colleges for the purpose of supporting cybersecurity programs.
