Intent to Apply Procedures
Send an email to PromiseNeighborhoods@ed.gov indicating your organization's intent to apply. Please include your organization's name and location, as well as which Absolute Priority you intend to address. The intent to apply is not required and will not be used to determine eligibility for an award.
