The U.S. Department of Education's Partner Support Center (PSC) provides assistance to EDFacts customers who submit data to EDPass or use its analytical and reporting tools. The PSC is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday and can be reached by email at: EDFacts@ed.gov.
