In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (Privacy Act), the Department of Education (Department) publishes this notice of a modified system of records entitled ``Migrant Student Information Exchange (MSIX)'' (18-14-04) to modify this system of records notice, which was last published in the Federal Register on December 5, 2007.
