The National Initiatives Team administers projects that directly support the provision of services for infants, toddlers, children and youth with disabilities.

The Educational Technology, Media, and Materials program is the primary source of support for accessible technology and media-related activities under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
