The U.S. Department of Education welcomed back over 70% of its total workforce to employees’ designated duty stations in Washington, D.C., and regional Department of Education offices across the country.
Today, in compliance with President Trump’s memorandum for federal employees to return to in-person work, the U.S. Department of Education welcomed back over 70% of its total workforce to employees’ designated duty stations in Washington, D.C., and regional Department of Education offices across the country. All Department employees will be back in the office by June 1, 2025, following the completion of building renovations and relocation arrangements.
