On Tuesday, Dec. 10, the White House Initiative for Native Americans and Strengthening Tribal Colleges and Universities (WHI-NATCU) will host a Convening on Indian Education to celebrate Native American Heritage Month and uplift Indian Education by highlighting educators, programs, and students. The event will feature panels on topics ranging from early childhood development education to professional degree programs while promoting Tribal Colleges and Universities. U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona will deliver welcoming remarks at the convening.
