Immediate and Executive Office
The Immediate Office directs and coordinates the administration of the OPEPD.
Budget Service
Responsible for developing and implementing ED's budget, formulating budget and related legislative proposals for ED programs, and more.
Grants Policy Office
This office helps ED and the field continuously improve by building stronger evidence and making decisions based on a clear understanding of available evidence.
Office of the Chief Data Officer
OCDO manages and improves ED's ability to leverage data as a strategic asset and is led by the Department's Chief Data Officer.
Student Privacy Policy Office
The SPPO leads ED's effort to protect privacy, and provides leadership, oversight and coordination to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
