Education Stabilization Fund
Office of Higher Education Programs (HEP)
HEP facilitates grant programs that promote and expand access to postsecondary education, increases college completion rates for U.S. students, and strengthens the capacity of colleges and universities. HEP is consists of two components: Institutional Service and Student Service.
