Paul Riddle graduated from Dartmouth College in 1973 and received his law degree from Duke University in 1977, after which he joined the education branch of the General Counsel's office in ED's predecessor, the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare. He has worked in the Division of Legislative Counsel since 1984, where he has been the Assistant General Counsel since September, 2004.
