Office Description

The Office of State and Grantee Relations (SGR) was designed to support three aims: provide customer service to all OESE stakeholders & grantees; improve outreach and communication; and understand State education environments. Stakeholders include grantees and State educational agencies; schools and school districts; teachers, administrators, and staff; families, students, and other organizations. In addition, SGR administers seven COVID-19 relief programs under the CARES Act, CRRSA Act, and ARP Act.
