About Us

Vision

To provide coordinated policy development, performance management, technical assistance, and data analysis services through a state support team structure that will deepen partnerships with states and more effectively support their implementation of key reforms that will lead to improved outcomes for all students.

Title I, Part A: Improving Basic Programs Operated by LEAs

This grant program fulfills Title I, Part A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA).

Grants for State Assessments

This program is designed to support the development of the additional state assessments and standards required by Sec. 1111(b) of ESEA.

This program provides resources to SEAs and LEAs to support the recruitment and retention of effective teachers and school leaders.

21st Century Community Learning Centers

This program supports the creation of community learning centers that provide academic enrichment opportunities during non-school hours for children.

21st CCLC National Technical Assistance Center

The NTAC supports SEAs and their subgrantees operate 21st CCLCs with information and resources.

Education for Homeless Children and Youths

This program provides financial resources to SEAs to support the education for homeless children and youths in K - 12.

Students in Foster Care

Out-of-School Time Career Pathway

This program provides grants to SEAs to provide students with expanded options to participate in a career pathway outside regular school hours.
