The Office of Program and Grantee Support Services (PGSS) empowers technical assistance programs to meet the diverse needs of all students by facilitating the delivery of results-driven, research-informed technical assistance to all states and U.S. territories; fostering collaboration opportunities for stakeholders internal and external to the Department; and disseminating promising practices, tools, and resources to education officials and practitioners.

EACs provide technical assistance and training in the preparation, adoption, and implementation of plans for the desegregation of public schools.
