What is a "correctly read word?"

Rule 3. Repeated Words are counted as correct. Words said over again correctly are ignored..

Ted ran swiftly.WRC = 3
read as:
"Ted ran...Ted ran swiftly."WRC = 3

Rule 4. Dialect Variations in pronunciation that are explainable by local language norms are not errors.

example
They washed the car.WRC = 4
read as:
"They warshed the car."WRC = 4
