Table Problem

For a special dinner, St. Patrick's is using square tables that can be put together to make rectangles.

One table can seat 4 people [slide shows an image of a square, with one small circle on the outside of each side]

Two tables can seat 6 people [slide shows an image of two squares right next to each other, with one small circle on the outside of each of the outer sides, but not on the sides that are next to each other]

Three tables can seat 8 people [slide shows an image of three squares in row right next to each other, with one small circle on the outside of each of the outer sides, but not on the sides that are next to each other]
