The National Rehabilitation Leadership Development Program

This program is a rehabilitation leadership development program for executive level managers in state vocational rehabilitation agencies. The program develops leadership skills and promotes application of those skills to current issues in the vocational rehabilitation program. Collaboration between the program, state agencies and Regional Continuing Education Programs is a crucial element in the delivery of this program. The curriculum is competency based, with sequential courses and special seminars structured around critical VR issues, providing progressive levels of learning to meet the varied needs of emerging leaders.
