Futures Group

Montana Vocational Rehabilitation’s Futures Group is a three-year part-time internship for agency staff in the MVR central office in Helena. Participants come from each of the four state regions to obtain an understanding of the different issues in each region. As a group, they identify barriers to service improvement. Each year the group completes a variety of management and programmatic problems designed to improve services and facilitate better outcomes.
