The Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) monitored 23 state vocational rehabilitation agencies in FY 2007 as authorized by Section 107 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. These agencies, their stakeholders, and RSA identified the following promising practices in the vocational rehabilitation program.
