Use of Blind Services Information System (BSIS)

The Arkansas Division of Services for the Blind (DSB) employs a computerized case management and information system. Front line and management DSB staff described this information system as one of the most useful and efficient tools in the daily operations of DSB. BSIS has the capacity to track all consumer case management and procurement activities with critical points of the system earmarked for review.
