Nebraska Procurement - Client Purchases / Property Management

To provide maximum flexibility, client choice, and expedite purchases for clients, Nebraska Vocational Rehabilitation (NVR) has obtained a waiver from state purchasing requirements for all consumer purchases. The agency is authorized to expend an unlimited dollar amount to make direct purchases for individual clients of items that do not become part of the state inventory for NVR.
