Maintenance of Effort (MOE) Compliance

To ensure the timely and accurate submission of required Financial Status Reports (SF-269s), Nebraska Vocational Rehabilitation (NVR) has developed an automated spreadsheet, which is updated monthly to track all federal and non-federal program expenditures. At the beginning of this report is a spreadsheet that contains information related to the agency's compliance with the MOE requirement, detailing the additional expenditures necessary to meet this requirement or a statement that MOE has been met for this grant year. This information is provided to all program managers and financial staff.
