Technical materials and guidance are available by calling 1-800-LEARN and requesting a specific report. The Department of Education also sponsors an On-Line Library that can be explored via an Internet connection to a mainframe server or a subscription to a commercial service, such as America On-Line, Compuserve, or Prodigy. The On-Line Library can be reached either through Gopher or the World Wide Web. The Department's Gopher site ("gopher.ed.gov") allows topical searches by clicking on the appropriate item. The Department's Website ("http://www.ed.gov/") also allows you to conduct a search by clicking on "Search" and typing in the appropriate phrase.
