The Department may not accept 2006-07 APRs for the UB programs after December 31, 2007. Grantees should register as soon as possible and not wait until close to the deadline to submit reports.

The Upward Bound, Upward Bound Math-Science, and Veterans Upward Bound Participant Data Collection Tools, which may be used to collect the data required in Section II, are available as of November 1, 2007, at https://trio.ed.gov/ub.
Beginning November 1, 2007, you will be able to consult the Help Desk via phone (703-846-8248) or e-mail (UBWEB@cbmiweb.com) about technical problems in accessing the Web application or downloading or using the UB, UBMS, or VUB Tools. The Help Desk will also be able to assist should you have difficulty with registration.
