Developed by WestEd and the Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory, Improving the Quality and Use of Postsecondary Data, provides practical information on both the extent to which and how administrative records can be used to determine postsecondary enrollment status, including information on state data systems and National Student Clearinghouse’s StudentTracker service, guidance on designing and administering student surveys, and recommended strategies for analyzing and using data on students' postsecondary experiences.
