3. Why is the language for the performance measures in the Project Status Chart templates different from the language for the performance measures in the Federal Register closing date notice?

The language in the Federal Register closing date notice reflects the aggregate goals for all schools and all projects supported by MSAP grants. The versions that appear in the Project Status Chart templates have been modified to reflect the manner in which grantees must report information on their individual projects.
