Timeline

Next competition: FY 2010. The Department expects to announce the competition for Fiscal Year 2010 new awards in January, with a 45-60 day window for submitting applications. Prospective applicants are advised that the official notice for the competition will be published in the Federal Register.

Last competition: FY 2006. General Deadline: November 14, 2005.
Extended Deadline: December 1, 2005 (for applicants affected by Hurricanes Katrina and/or Rita).
