Guidance for Unified Plan submitted under Section 501 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998.

This document is to provide guidance to states, which submit a State Unified Plan, authorized by Title V, Section 501 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (WIA). The state Unified Plan Planning Guidance facilitates the development and submission of such a plan, which addresses two or more of the programs or activities specified at Section 501(b)(2).
