On Aug. 14, 2006, the Part B Final Regulations implementing the 2004 reauthorization of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) were published in the Federal Register.
To provide the public with an overview of the regulations, the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitation Services (OSERS) will be hosting a series of community-based public meetings.
