Attached is a copy of the Accountability Program Reporting Years 3, 4, and 5 document.
OVAE has just received final clearance from the Secretary's office and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB Number 1830–0029, expiring April 30, 2003). This document and the subsequent State response cover the final 3 years of the law and must be submitted to our office by April 19, 2001. As you are aware, the document is the result of input from both the State Directors Accountability Committee and the DVTE–led State Accountability Plan Workgroup.
