Attached are PowerPoint slides and related materials that were used to train ED grantees on the Expanded Authorities beginning in late 1999. These materials are available to you to use either as technical references or to train other individuals who work with discretionary grants.
OCFO's Grants Policy & Oversight Staff Training Team has invested a great deal of time creating these training materials. It is our hope that they will receive widespread use by as many grantees as possible. Because the Training Team cannot meet all the requests for training that it receives, we hope that these materials will allow others to take this knowledge and share it when requested.
