From DFW Airport:
- Take the south Exit to 183. Take 183 until it merges with 35E.
- Travel south on 35E and exit into the downtown area via Commerce, heading east.
- Continue on Commerce and turn left on Field.
- Follow Field to Ross. Make a right onto Ross.
- Continue on Ross until you reach Hardwood.
- The parking lots are within walking distance of the Dallas Regional Training Facility.
From Love Field:
- As you come out of the airport area, turn right on Mockingbird Lane.
- Follow Mockingbird Lane until you reach 35E.
- Travel south on 35E and exit into the downtown area via Commerce, heading east.
- Continue on Commerce and turn left on Field.
- Follow Field to Ross. Make a right onto Ross.
- Continue on Ross until you reach Hardwood.
- The parking lots are within walking distance of the Dallas Regional Training Facility.

The West End District of downtown is an old warehouse district which has been restored into numerous shops, restaurants and clubs. Also located near the Regional Office is the Dallas Arts District and the McKinney Avenue area which offers numerous shops and restaurants as well. There is a trolley that runs within the McKinney Avenue area. It commences near the Fairmont Hotel and goes north. The Le Meridien Hotel is located within the Plaza of the Americas which includes offices, restaurants, food court, shops and an ice rink.
