Improving Direct Loan Processing

This 1.5 hour online, instructor-led, intermediate level class will focus on resolving Direct Loan issues using Federal Student Aid's websites, including Direct Loan Electronic Master Promissory Note (eMPN), Common Origination and Disbursement (COD), and Direct Loan Servicing (DLSS). TEACH Grant Implementation and Processing Webinar

Federal Student Aid's first TEACH Grant Implementation and Processing Webinar for school financial aid administrators and their staff will be offered on Thursday, April 10, 2008 from 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm Eastern Time. This one hour and thirty minute webinar will provide an opportunity to learn more about the operational implementation of the TEACH Grant Program and to prepare for that implementation.

Regulatory and Legislative Update - Spring 2008 Workshop Series

This workshop provides detailed information on both the Final Rules published published on October 29 and November 1, 2007 and the College Cost Reduction and Access Act (CCRAA) enacted Sept. 27, 2007. Areas of particular focus include preferred lender lists, prohibited inducements, changes to cash management rules, return to Title IV funds (R2T4) and the new TEACH Grant.
