Along with the general eligibility requirements outlined in Lesson 2-01, foreign graduate medical schools and foreign veterinary schools have additional criteria for participating in the FFEL programs.

A foreign graduate medical school must meet all of the standard eligibility requirements for foreign schools.

The only difference is that it can also be a for-profit (proprietary) school.
