Use the Budget Calculator to help you estimate your financial needs and create a budget for school and living expenses. The Repayment Calculator will help you decide which of the four Direct Loan repayment plans is appropriate for you.

To use these calculators you will need a browser that is Javascript compatible. To allow the execution of JavaScript code embedded in the HTML source, select "Options" from the Netscape menu bar, select Network Preferences/Language menu, and then check the Enable JavaScript check box. By default, it should already be checked.

In the future, additional browsers may be used. Our Webmaster will monitor developments throughout the year so that we can certify them for use with the calculators. The browsers must be SSL 2.0/3.0 and JavaScript compliant.

We encourage you to read the description of each plan and the instructions for each data entry page very carefully.
