Governor Mike Huckabee and U.S. Senator Blanche Lincoln greeted Secretary Riley at a welcoming ceremony at Wilmot Elementary School in Wilmot, Arkansas. The student chorus sang a song entitled, ?The Smart Way To Start Is Start Learning Now.? Secretary Riley told the assembled students and community members, ?We must make sure that all children have access to health care and that all students who want to attend college are academically ready and financially able to do so.?
