West Bolivar Elementary School DATE: August 29, 2000 Secretary Riley traveled to West Bolivar Elementary School in Rosedale, Mississippi to observe how the school used federal funds to reduce class size and bring technology to the classroom. "This is a big day for the children of the whole school district," explained West Bolivar Elementary School principal Judy Cutts. Secretary Riley also announced a new initiative by the non-profit education organization NetDay to bring more technology resources to the school, including two-way videoconferencing. Photo
