• June 26, 1997: Assistant Secretary for Elementary & Secondary Education Gerald Tirozzi testified before the Subcommittee on Early Childhood, Youth and Families of the House Committee on Education and the Workforce. Mr. Tirozzi discussed the first-year report on charter schools.
