FY 2000 Field-Initiated Studies (FIS) Research Grants Competition

The National Institute on Educational Governance, Finance, Policymaking, and Management (GFI) is participating with OERI in the competition for and awarding of grants under the FY 2000 Field-Initiated Studies (FIS) Research Program. The deadline for filing applications is February 16, 2000.
