Use "Reply to All" with Care
When you respond to e-mail, please be careful about hitting the "reply to all" option. This tool can sometimes be a valuable time-saver, however, if you hit "reply to all" on a mass mailing message, your reply will be sent to all the people on the mass mailing list. The problem becomes even bigger when people continue to hit "reply to all" as they message back and forth to each other. This huge volume of mass e-mails could cause our network to jam or slow down.
