Secretary Paige presents the $754,000 early childhood education grant to Gila River Indian Community Governor Richard Narcia. Secretary Paige joins Gila River Indian Community Governor Richard Narcia and the ED's Director of Indian Education Victoria Vasques for a visit to the community's new early childhood education centers.
