The U.S. Department of Education and the North Carolina Art Education Association (NCAEA) will open an art exhibit of two- and three-dimensional works by K-12 students from school districts all across North Carolina at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 21, at the department's headquarters in Washington, D.C. "Artful Expressions: From the Mountains to the Sea" features 61 works and is open through July.
