Under Secretary Kanter to Deliver Keynote Address at Governor's Summit on Workforce Solutions in Wyoming

U.S. Under Secretary of Education Martha Kanter will be the keynote speaker at the Governor’s Summit on Workforce Solutions at 8:45 a.m. MDT on Friday, June 18, in Casper, Wyoming. The event is sponsored by the Wyoming Workforce Development Council.

Kanter will discuss initiatives to meet President Obama’s 2020 goal for higher education. She will also discuss the need for collaboration between higher education institutions and business to prepare students to become skilled workers in growth industries in the current and future economy.
