Under Secretary Kanter to be Keynote Speaker at Merced College 2010 Commencement

U.S. Under Secretary Martha Kanter will deliver the commencement address at Merced College on Friday, May 28, at 7:45 p.m. PT on the school's campus in Merced, Calif. Her remarks will celebrate the importance of their achievements, often as the first member of a family to complete college, and speak to the responsibility of Merced graduates to help others follow in their footsteps.
